Since 2011, EMERGO Srl has been a pioneering company in the distribution and maintenance of defibrillators in sports facilities and businesses, also specializing in training non-professional operators in the use of defibrillators (BLSD).
Today, EMERGO is an industry leader in clinical engineering services, ensuring compliance with regulations governing electromedical equipment and oxygen systems installed in ambulances. In 2013, the company further expanded its expertise by integrating hardware and software solutions, beginning to specialize in telecommunications and the development of control rooms.
This led to the creation of the Emertel brand, which quickly established itself as a provider of technologies and software solutions for public administrations. In 2020, Emertel embarked on a business path in the public transport sector, gaining experience and addressing specific challenges related to on-board vehicle technologies. It was then that a decade of research and development culminated in the Ambulance.AI project.

Ido Miglioranza has dedicated a large part of his career to developing solutions and software for emergency responders, gaining unique experience in the field. His ability to anticipate future needs and create innovative solutions has made him a reference point in designing software to optimize the operational and work processes of rescue personnel.
In 2023, Ido drove improvements across the entire organization on sustainability issues, achieving ESG certification for his companies, reflecting his belief that sustainability is achieved through a circular economy.
